ResolvedOur server issues have been fixed, one of the servers had a piece of faulty hardware that has now been replaced. Analytics is available again and will catch up from yesterdays data in a couple of hours - we will post an update once everything is up-to-date.

ResolvedWe are currently experiencing some internal server issues. Analytical data is not currently available, but is still being collected.
ResolvedWe're experienced problems handling certain kinds of uploads this afternoon. The problem affected all users uploading through FTP and through the API and was in effect from 16:30 to 18:30 CEST. All issues have been resolved and all services are back online.

ResolvedOur service is back online. We experienced some unusual traffic patterns and are investigating further.
ResolvedWe are experiencing a network error which is causing the entire service to be down. We are working to resolve it and will post updates as we know more.
ResolvedAt 10:13 this morning we started seeing unusual traffic patterns to the service, causing long load times and unresponsive sites and players. Over time the traffic turned out to be high, sustained but unmalicious traffic coming from a specific video player. We initially routed all such traffic away from the service to bring response times back to normal and afterwards took measures to resolve the issue long-term. The service was affected for a total of 18 minutes and within this time there were intervals where the entire core service was unavailable. ResolvedOn 11:29 CEST today one of our server enclosures lost power temporarily, causing the master databases and a number of services responsible for delivering 23 Video to go offline. The incident was responded to immediately by bringing individual servers and their network back online. We initially expected the outage to last roughly a quarter of an hour, but bringing all data and services back in an orderly fashion proved time-consuming. This also means that procedures for handling these classes of issues will be actively improved on our part. The total downtime was 58 minute, covering all access to 23 Video and content hosted on the platform. The service was back online at 12:27 CEST.
ResolvedFollowing the recent outage of the 23 Video platform, our analytics service is still being brought back online. At the moment, some data extraction is still offline -- but all video playback data is being captured and recorded to make sure that there's no data loss.
