Resolved - This afternoon we saw long response times on the platform for six minutes between 13:02 and 13:08 UTC, caused by a change in request patterns. Our team was alerted to the issue at 13:03 and had full performance restored by 13:08. We have since deployed the necessary changes to the platform to ensure that the issue does not reoccur. As a part of this work, we're scheduling a maintenance window for the Analytics service during the night between Saturday September 4th and Sunday September 5th (UTC). During this time, analytics data may not be available within the product, but all data will still be tracked and collected during the window.
