23 Video is up
ResolvedOn 11:29 CEST today one of our server enclosures lost power temporarily, causing the master databases and a number of services responsible for delivering 23 Video to go offline. The incident was responded to immediately by bringing individual servers and their network back online. We initially expected the outage to last roughly a quarter of an hour, but bringing all data and services back in an orderly fashion proved time-consuming. This also means that procedures for handling these classes of issues will be actively improved on our part. The total downtime was 58 minute, covering all access to 23 Video and content hosted on the platform. The service was back online at 12:27 CEST.
