MonitoringThe issue has been resolved with our CDN provider and we are processing analytical data as fast as we can. The affected period stretches back to monday the 14th of September at around 22:00. We expect to be back to normal within the day, and data will appear as it is processed.
IdentifiedWe are still awaiting feedback from our CDN provider, as they continue to investigate the issue. Once the core issue is resolved, we should receive raw data as normal, and we will begin to process it retroactively for the last day.
IdentifiedWe are currently experiencing some issues with the logged data from our CDN provider Edgecast, and as a result some analytics data will be delayed. Once the data has been corrected, we will resume normal operation and all data will be processed.
