The incident was triggered by a rise in error rates to 0.11% of requests (up from 0.00% in the hour before) combined with a slight slow-down in response times. As a part of the investigation we flushed connections to servers and databases, and have seen both error rates and performance return to normal for the past hour. No downtime was recorded as a part of this incident.
