ResolvedAt 13:30 CEST this afternoon, a server responsible for running live stream ingests on the TwentyThree video platform crashed unexpectedly and live streaming clients were disconnected. Access to the ingest was reestablished by 13:33 CEST when new hardware ressources was assigned to the node in order to ensure that the event doesn't repeat.
In the process all streams and recordings to the ingest was cut off. We sincerely apologise for the outage and encourage you to contact our support team if you have any questions in regard to the incident.
ResolvedNetwork access to the affected live ingest has been restored.
IdentifiedThe issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
ResolvedThe analytics update has been completed successfully.
MonitoringWe are currently performing a routine update to our analytics database to improve performance. Analytics may be unresponsive for a short while, we will update this incident when the update has finished.
ResolvedOur analytics tab is now displaying correct, up-to-date numbers now. The numbers for individual videos in your "Videos" tab will be updated within a couple of hours to reflect the new numbers.
IdentifiedOur analytics queue is currently delayed. We have a solution in the pipeline and will send out an update as soon as the issue has been corrected. All data is collected and processed as normal, only the display of analytics is delayed.
ResolvedThe issues have been resolved and we have resumed normal operation.
InvestigatingWe are experiencing connectivity issues resulting in "504" errors and are currently investigating.
