We're investigating a system-wide network disconnection to a live ingest server.
ResolvedAt 13:30 CEST this afternoon, a server responsible for running live stream ingests on the TwentyThree video platform crashed unexpectedly and live streaming clients were disconnected. Access to the ingest was reestablished by 13:33 CEST when new hardware ressources was assigned to the node in order to ensure that the event doesn't repeat. In the process all streams and recordings to the ingest was cut off. We sincerely apologise for the outage and encourage you to contact our support team if you have any questions in regard to the incident.
ResolvedNetwork access to the affected live ingest has been restored.
