ResolvedOur analytics aggregation service crashed late last night, which led to a stop for new data in the analytics backend. All data should be up-to-date within the hour and no data was lost in the process. We apologise for the inconvenience.
ResolvedFollowing up on last week's service window we need perform extra maintenance on central databases tonight. We're no expecting significant downtime as a result, but 23 Video will be offline for roughly 5 minutes just after midnight CEST.

ResolvedWe're investigating a database server crash that is causing a major outage of the service. We'll keep this thread update with an estimate of downtime when more is known.
ResolvedAll services are back online after 12m of effective downtime. We sincerely apologise for the outage and will schedule a service window in the near future to address the cause.

ResolvedAll services are back up after the failover run. Effective downtime unfortunately ran roughly 8 minutes and we sincerely apologise.
ResolvedA central database server hosting 23 Video suffered an outage earlier this hour. The result was dropped requests and downtime as the redundant services were brought back online. We apologise for the inconvenience and will keep this thread updated.
