• ResolvedWe had roughly 12m of downtime on the service earlier today, which caused sites and videos to be inaccessible and API requests to timeout for a number of customers. The cause has been determined and resolved.

• ResolvedOne of our network providers is having trouble with an internet uplink. This causes traffic from a few locations to timeout and makes the core service unavailable. Work is being done to fix the problem.
