On the 9th of April between 15:00 UTC and 15:09 UTC the TwentyThree platform responded with high latency with a portion of requests taking tens of seconds to finish.
The issue occurred due to a problem with a cache layer, which led to excessive strain on our databases, leading to higher latency.
The higher latency affected the real-time parts of the system such as: * Admin interface * Engagement functionality on webinars
It did not affect: * Video playback * Ongoing live streams
