On 6th of December between 10:00-10:10 UTC the TwentyThree platform provided degraded service. During the incident, a response to a request would be provided with a delay, and ~30% of requests resulted in an error response.
The issue was caused by an unforeseen performance bottleneck. In response to the incident we are optimising parts of the system responsible for the bottleneck.
