ResolvedThe issues have been resolved and all services are back to working property. The result of the outage was a total of 25 minutes of unexpected download, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. In specific terms, the issue was started bug in a central cache mechanism, which in turn caused a central database server to be overloaded during that timespan.
