Between 08:58 CET and 11:19 CET hosts and speakers in webinars were not able to join webinar rooms. We have confirmed that the room cause of the was a major Amazon AWS, which in turn impacted our webinars infrastructure provider, Twilio. All affected customers have been contacted by our specialist team, but please reach out to support@twentythree.com with any questions related to the issue.
